I woke up
this morning
with the feeling
of you
there beside me.
And just for
a moment
I could feel
your arms
holding me tight.
I go take a shower
and suddenly
I can feel
the kiss
of your fingertips
as the water drips.

But this is
only illusion,
only the shadow
of a dream.
These things are only illusions -
everything is
as it seems.

Frightfully alone,
